Training #3 – Shared Governance

This session will focus on Shared Governance and be led by Karine Paris and Aline Ouvrard of CELL asbl, both trained in sociocracy and social permaculture, with support from Antje Holst, a consultant in learning and development. This session will be offered in-person only.

Karine and Aline will provide an introduction to sociocracy and shared decision-making, while Antje will share online tools and collaboration methods. This session will offer essential methods to make working as a group more efficient and more harmonious.
